SND was formerly part of S&D Chemicals Ltd with over 3 decades of experience in the sourcing, manufacturing and registration of niche pharmaceutical drug substances and specialty generics in high regulated markets. We operate on a B2B model with high quality partners from Europe, Korea, United States, Canada and Americas to produce and market high quality products. We specialize in women's health, weight management, ophthalmology, oncology and antibiotics.

CMO / CDMO
We work with reliable GMP partner sites with approvals from EMA, FDA, ANVISA, COFEPRIS, UKMHRA and other SRA authorities. We are experts in identifying and introducing the right CMO partner to overseas companies in highly regulated markets to add new sites to their marketing authorizations and dossiers. This ensures our clients to have reliable and competitive position with their products in highly price sensitive markets.
B2B Licensing
SND is in exclusive arrangement with some partners to market SRA dossiers in diverse therapeutic categories on a B2B out-licensing model. Most of our products are supported with BE studies and CTD dossiers.
Active Substance Registration
We are one of the oldest pharmaceutical companies in India with a reputation to register high quality niche active substances and ingredients with the DCGI (Indian Ministry of Health). Our unparalleled network of clients along with a highly robust marketing team allows efficient distribution of substances. Most of our API vendors are European, Korean and Chinese bulk drug producers with cGMP, ASMF, CEP and USDMF.
Active Substance Sourcing
We have long standing relationship with mid-sized active substance manufacturing sites from India. SND through its global offices and network supports with marketing and distribution of substances on a product-to-product exclusivity. Our factories are state of art GMP sites with CEP and DMF and most importantly have a strong management team. Our target markets are North America, Europe, MENA and APAC.
Raw material manufacturing
With two facilities under our group, we produce and market high quality raw materials that are consumed in pharma, cosmetics, nutraceutical and personal care application. Both sites are ISO 9001 and ISO140001 with strong manufacturing expertise and niche offerings. We also manufacture ingredients for customized projects on exclusive basis.
